The training sessions will accommodate up to 12 members. The sessions are based around resistance training focusing on full-body workouts, using big compound exercises to develop hypertrophy, strength, mobility and endurance.
The induction session covers the gym values, how the training sessions work, how to log into the member's area and take your initial measurements. After this session, you will feel confident in how everything works.
Testing weeks will be incorporated into the training cycles which will give you a chance to see improvements in your performance. As well as this, we will measure your body composition by taking your body weight, circumference measurements and pictures.
You are then assigned a coach who will be coaching you through your nutrition. In the member's area, you will have educational videos, recipes and other resources. Your coach will keep you accountable and answer any questions you may have.
