+ SESSION DAYS AND TIMEs

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available at 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 9:30 am, 10:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7:30 pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 7:00 am, 8:00 am, 9.00am and 10am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

We're located at Unit 8 Priestley Point, Priestley Road, Manchester, M28 2LY.

WHEN Do I START?

Once you've completed payment and attended an induction session you can start the program right away.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

No, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of your membership.

If you follow our advice and stick to the program we absolutely guarantee that you will get impressive results. If for whatever reason you don’t see any progress we will give you your money back.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. We kindly ask that you give us 30 days written notice via email if you wish to cancel your membership.

+ TAKE FULL CONTROL

What if I can’t attend my booked session?

Your membership includes 3 sessions a week. If you need to cancel a session you can reschedule with 24 hours notice to another session within that week. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice the session cannot be carried forward and will be lost.

Can my sessions be carried forward from week to week?

With our members we have seen that if they attend over 80% of their sessions they will see results. Accumulating sessions doesn't work if you want to get results, if you know that you can accumulate sessions it creates inconsistency and with this comes inconsistent results.

Members who achieve great results commit to the sessions and turn up the majority of the time missing the odd session once or twice. So for this reason we don't carry over sessions but you can reschedule a session with 24 hours notice and change it for another session in that same week.
